Returns & Exchanges

You may return any Clover Baby & Kids product purchased on cloverbabyandkids.com for any reason within 30 days from the time of purchase.

  • Within 30 days of your original purchase we will provide a full credit card refund, facilitate an exchange or provide store credit.
  • After 30 days from your original purchase, if the item is in its original condition with the tags still on, we will provide store credit on kickeepants.com for the original purchase value. If the item is not in its original condition, we will provide store credit for the current value of the item.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once you have received approval by email to return the item, please ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return. We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Clover to refund your credit card upon receipt.

Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on kickeepants.com.

Shipping Policy 

Order are shipped out within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer to ship for a flat rate of $5.00 (FedEx or USPS determined by Clover Baby & Kids) anywhere in the continental United States.

Regular shipping rates determined by FedEx or USPS will be assessed for other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and other outlying territories. .

International  Shipping

At this time we currently do not offer international shipping
